Afuega'l Pitu is a very ancient cheese made in the valley formed by the rivers Nalon and Narcea. Artisan Raw-Milk Manchego is made from raw sheep's milk taken from a flock of La Mancha sheep that graze on one small hillside farm established in 1940. Arzua Ulloa is a D.O. (name protected) cheese from Galicia made from fresh cow's milk.
Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchetto. This amazing cheese's base is a careful balance of cow's and sheep's milk with pieces of white truffle mixed throughout. Brie. You will absolutely love this delicious, extra-creamy 1/2 kilo (over 1 pound) Brie. This custom-sized Brie is of outstanding quality, unlike any supermarket version you've ever sampled. Goes perfectly with Champagne and makes a great centerpiece to a romantic evening. Petit Basque. This semi-hard, Manchego-type sheep’s milk cheese is handmade in the French Pyrenees. The Pyrenees Mountain range, a natural border that divides France and Spain, is populated by the Basques, a people who have their own customs and language.
Queso de Cabra, a Spanish goat's milk cheese created in La Mancha has a distinctive lemony-peppery flavor and supple satiny body. Camembert. Born centuries ago in Normandy, authentic Camembert is still exclusively produced there. The Norman dairy farms, covered with delicious grass for cows to graze upon, are peppered with apple trees that protect the rich soil. Koldamer’s versatility allows you to enjoy it simply as a table cheese or melted in your favorite sandwich.
Damski has a burnt rind and smoky aroma, which makes it one of our favorite specialties from Poland. Lubelski. Eat as a table cheese with beer or use for melting, cubing in a salad, or for Poland's famous cheese cake, Sernik, served at Easter time. Morksi is a semi-soft cheese with a very mild, pleasant flavor.

Podlaski has a semi-soft, smooth texture and a mild, slightly sweet flavor. Vegetable Suwalski. A smooth, creamy cow’s milk cheese, Vegetable Suwalski is packed with assorted vegetables and loaded with flavor.
Tangra Bulgarian Feta is made from pure sheep's milk from free-grazing ewes in the Rhodope Mountains. Double Cream Hungarian Feta. This unique double cream cow's milk Feta is sweet and creamy yet still crumbly enough to use in salads. Slovenian Tilsit is fresh, not aged, and is only slightly tangier than Danish Havarti
Romanian Buffalo Milk Feta. This buffalo milk Feta is great on salads or simply presented on a plate, drizzled with olive oil and served as an appetizer. Romanian Kashkaval is aged for six months, during which time it develops a slightly tangy flavor with a perceptible hint of olive oil. Romanian Sheep's Milk Feta. A wonderful sheep's milk Feta, known as Telemea locally.
